My name is Andy Goodridge. I am a multiple award-winning designer & illustrator based in Surrey and the Creative Director of Rocksteady Music School.
I have over 15 years agency experience both in-house & freelance. I have worked as lead designer, senior developer, art director, project manager & creative director on a wealth of campaigns & projects with clients including PlayStation, Nike, Sony Music, EMI, Halifax, Irn-Bru, Coors, Hammer Horror, Sadler's Wells, Grolsch, The National Lottery, BMW, Clinique, Disney & Glenfiddich.
My core skills lie in creative direction, ideas, branding & graphic design but over the years I have been heavily involved in technical development, programming, information architecture, user experience design, planning, strategy & data analysis on projects ranging from boutique microsites, experiential & social campaigns to huge content managed multi-lingual applications & websites.
I am handy at drawing, illustration, photography, motion graphics & have been known to record and edit the odd film here & there. I can write code including HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP & have made several iOS mobile apps. I have extensive knowledge of sound design, music composition & audio production.
I'm a natural communicator & presenter, & happy to speak on both a creative & technological level.

Out of work
In my spare time I am a musician, song writer & lead guitarist in a rock band called The Sweet Confusion. We have released three albums, of which I engineered & produced the second & third. I am a keen photographer, cyclist, swimmer & runner. I regularly compete in running races including marathons & ultramarathons.
I am a vegetraian, rugby enthusiast, enjoy a decent pint of ale & have very long hair.
